2026 Series
ARTIST STATEMENT
Emerging Coherence is an ongoing investigation into the dissolution of the structures through which we perceive ourselves and reality.
Through painting, masses and figures emerge and disappear, boundaries soften, and fixed identities become fluid. Rather than seeking answers, these works explore what remains when certainty, opposition, separation, and linear time begin to lose their apparent solidity.
The series asks how reality might change when the structures that organize experience cease to appear fixed.
The paintings function as spaces of inquiry in which perception itself becomes unstable, allowing new forms of coherence to emerge.
SERIES OVERVIEW
The paintings are presented as a sequence of inquiries.
Each work approaches a different structure through which experience is commonly organized: perception, resistance, identity, duality, separation, and time.
Together they form an unfolding investigation.
